A navigation app draws the road ahead to scale, so two turns ten metres apart collapse into one smudge while a two-kilometre straight fills the screen. The diagram on the right stretches every leg to roughly the same length and writes its real distance beside it. The next two or three maneuvers stay visible at once however far apart they are, and each turn keeps a shape you can still recognise from the driver's seat.
